Position Summary:

A Personal Assistant provides support to individuals, executives, or families by managing administrative tasks and offering logistical and sometimes personal assistance. This role requires high organization, discretion, and flexibility to handle various responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle emails, calls, and other communications.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Book flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Organize itineraries and travel documentation.

Logistical Support:

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Arrange catering and equipment rentals.

Personal Assistance:

  • Assist with errands like grocery shopping and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage personal correspondence and bill payments.

Information Management:

  • Maintain confidentiality and organize files and records.

Communication Liaison:

  • Serve as a liaison between the employer and stakeholders.
  • Relay messages accurately and promptly.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist with special projects and track deadlines.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks.
