Position Summary:

The Compensation Manager oversees the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure they align with business goals and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

Compensation Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy in line with company goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Compensation Program Management:

  • Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and bonus plans.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Performance Management:

  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop performance-based compensation plans.

Employee Communication and Education:

  • Communicate compensation policies and changes to employees.
  • Provide support to managers and employees on compensation matters.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of compensation management experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Certifications:

  • Certification in Compensation Management (e.g., CCP) preferred.
